    Who We Deliver For

White-glove delivery is a different job depending on who is on the other end of it. We run all three every week.

    Interior designers

Ship orders to our receiving warehouse, get a photographed inspection of every piece, and schedule one coordinated install day when the house is ready. We work from your placement plan, handle the assembly, and clear the packing material so you walk your client through a finished room.

    Showrooms & furniture retailers

Final-mile delivery for sold pieces, from your dock or vendor to the customer's home, with a defined window your customer can plan around and condition photos that close the sale cleanly. Recurring routes and same-week turnaround for local stores.

    Homeowners

Bought a sofa, a dining set or a bedroom online or from a store that doesn't deliver the way you'd like? We collect it, protect it for transport, carry it in with spotters, set it in place and take the boxes away. One delivery or a whole house.

    What White-Glove Delivery Actually Includes

"White glove" gets used loosely. For us it means a delivery where nothing is left to the customer: the piece is protected before it moves, carried by people who handle furniture for a living, placed where it belongs, assembled if it needs to be, and documented so everyone agrees on its condition. A curbside or threshold delivery does none of that.

Before the truck leaves, we confirm the window by phone and check the details that decide whether a delivery goes smoothly: stairs, elevator reservations, gate codes, parking, pets, and freshly finished floors. Items that shipped to our warehouse first have already been unpacked, inspected, and photographed, so a damaged piece is caught before it ever reaches your door.

On site, a two-person crew wraps delicate pieces, uses spotters through doorways and tight turns, and never drags anything across a floor. Case goods, bed frames, dining tables, and sectionals are assembled and leveled. Sofas get their legs, mirrors and art are set where you point, and the packing material leaves with us. You sign off on the condition and get the photos.

Afterwards, the documentation is yours: condition photos from receiving and from placement, in one record. Designers use it to close out a project; retailers use it to close a sale without a callback.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How much does white-glove furniture delivery cost in Kansas City?

Every rate is published on our pricing page, so there is no quote to wait for. Delivery is priced per item by size, with a first-item rate and a lower rate for each additional piece on the same stop; hourly pricing applies to full-home moves. Specific-time delivery adds a flat $100.

How specific are your delivery windows?

Our standard delivery windows are 3 hours. For clients requiring a specific arrival time, we offer a dedicated specific-time delivery option for a $100 fee.

Do you call ahead before arriving?

Yes. We always confirm our arrival time before we head your way, and we check access, parking and anything in the path on that call so the crew arrives ready.

Do you handle assembly and placement?

Yes. We handle light assembly — bed frames, dining tables, legs on sofas and case goods — and place each piece exactly where you want it in the room of choice. Packing material leaves with us.

Do you pick up from showrooms and furniture stores?

Yes. Store and showroom pickup is a standard service: we collect from the retailer, designer showroom or vendor dock, protect the pieces for transport and deliver them to the home in the same trip. Boxed items can use our basic rate; unboxed pieces get full white-glove handling.

What do you need to know about access?

We need to know about any stairs, elevators, or tight turns that might affect delivery. We will also confirm these details upon arrival to ensure a smooth path.

    Where do you park?

We will confirm parking instructions with you upon arrival. We never pull our truck into a driveway without your explicit permission.

Do you protect floors, walls and furniture?

We do not lay down floor runners or wall protection materials as a standard service. Instead, we focus on controlled handling: our team buffers and guides pieces with hands and spotters, avoids wall contact during turns, and uses protective wrapping on delicate items when appropriate. If you have tight access, freshly finished surfaces, or special requirements, tell us ahead of time so we can plan the safest approach.

    What happens if damage occurs?

We document the condition of every item with photos at pickup and at placement. If any issue arises, we have a clear process to document it, notify you, and resolve it professionally.

    Can you deliver from storage?

Yes. If you are using our receiving and climate-controlled storage service, we can coordinate delivery directly from our facility to your project site, with the whole project delivered in one coordinated trip.

Which areas do you deliver to?

The whole Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line — Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Kansas City MO and KS, Lee's Summit, Independence, Blue Springs, Liberty and Parkville — plus up to 150 miles from our Kansas City warehouse for larger projects.
