Per item, by size class. Premium receiving opens every box, inspects the piece itself, preps it for delivery, and disposes of all packing — with your first 30 days of storage free. Basic receiving keeps boxes sealed and checks for exterior damage.
Crate disposal $25–$50 by size · Pallet disposal $15–$30 by size — charged once per receiver, whichever receiving tier you choose.

Is there a minimum charge for receiving?
No. Receiving is billed per item — from $2.50 per extra-small item with basic receiving up to $60 for a large item with premium receiving. Moving jobs carry a two-hour minimum, and premium delivery starts at $100 for the first small item.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per item, per day — $0.25 to $1.50 depending on size — so a short project hold costs less than a flat month. Invoices go out at the 30-day mark, and your first 30 days of storage are free with receiving.
